Brennan has worked with PWB on a number of projects, latterly an office to residential scheme in Hammersmith. The telling issue I guess is that we have negotiated the second (and larger) phase of that project with PWB rather than going out to tender. We also have a number of other live projects for which PWB are under consideration. Their work is of a high standard, their approach to the work is pro-active and they take a very reasonable approach to agreeing variations and extra works. To date we have had no issues with resourcing which is, at the present time, a major consideration. They have put forward a number of alternative materials and construction methods for the project in Hammersmith which have proved beneficial both in terms of cost and programme. Without doubt in our top band of preferred sub-contractors, I would happily recommend them.
